Currently shipping is for the lower 48 United States only. Free Shipping or any Shipping cost listed is for the lower 48 states of America ONLY (which is included in your final cost). All orders are shipped directly FOB/Plant from Maquoketa,IA, Henderson, NC or   Hebron,KY by way of Fed Ex Ground. Shipping costs (if any )are included in the Total Cost you pay. Pillow inserts will ship from Lebanon, PA or Pico Rivera, CA with the same freight arrangements. LEAD TIMES: Orders normally will ship within 10 business days from receipt of order and payment.. WARRANTY: All of these products are warranted against defects in materials and craftsmanship by Pacific Coast® Feather Company. For returns of defective merchandise, a return authorization (RA) number must be obtained from Pacific Coast Feather Company.
